Camo Rings America is proud to offer two amazing warranties:
Manufacturer's Warranty: Our rings are guaranteed to be free of defects and are made with the highest quality standards. Any ring that fails to meet our quality standards will be replaced under our Manufacturer's Warranty. If your ring cracks or breaks, it will also be replaced under our Manufacturer's Warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and scratches.
Lifetime Sizing Warranty: Because contemporary metals and rings with certain inlay types cannot easily be resized, you will need a new ring should your finger size change. Under the Lifetime Sizing Warranty, we will replace your ring for one of a different size for a small fee, as long as your own the ring. Please note: Rings made of Black Zirconium that have been engraved are not eligible for size exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Using Your Warranty
At Camo Rings America, we're proud to offer top-notch customer service and we've done our best to make the warranty claim/size exchange process as simple as possible. See below to complete your warranty claim in three easy steps:
1) Contact us at [email protected] Let us know the issue you're having with your ring (e.g. size exchange, any problem with the ring). We will provide you with the appropriate return address, based on your specific warranty claim. We will also determine the restocking fee (if any) based on the ring purchased and date of purchase, and let you know the amount. (For more information on restocking/exchange fees, please locate your ring's page on our website. Scroll down to the "Description" section and click on the "Warranty" tab.)
2) If your warranty claim requires a restocking fee, please see the following link: Warranty Claim Payment
During the payment process, you will be able to enter the shipping address for your new ring. If your ring does not require a restocking fee, please let us know your preferred shipping address.
3) After steps 1 & 2 are complete, mail the ring back to us, using the appropriate return address. We ask that you securely package the ring to be returned. After we receive the ring, we will process your warranty claim within 1-3 business days and ship your new, replacement ring. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your new ring ships.
