Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Unless the ring is in stock, most rings are constructed after an order has been completed. It's reasonable to expect your ring to leave the shipping dock within 2-5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every ring on our website is available with the free shipping option.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Besides the free shipping option, we also offer faster shipping options. We understand that many of our rings are purchased as gifts or for weddings. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a specific time constraint so that we are aware of your situation and can expedite your order.

Ring Sizing 

What is the best way to determine my ring size or someone else's ring size?

Please see our detailed and helpful blog article called "Selecting the Correct Ring Size". The best and most accurate way to determine you ring size is to visit a local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized. If the ring is a gift for someone else, you may take one of their current rings to a jeweler to be sized.

Can your rings be resized?

Contemporary metal rings such as those made of Titanium, Cobalt Chrome, Tungsten, Damascus Steel, Black Zirconium, etc, and rings with inlays cannot easily be resized. Should your finger size change in the future, Camo Rings America offers a Lifetime Sizing Warranty in which we can replace your ring for one of a different size. Please see the Lifetime Sizing Warranty section for more details.


Can I return my ring after I receive it?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us at Camo Rings America. If your ring is not what you expected, you may return the unworn, unaltered ring within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Adding engraving will not affect the return policy for most rings. Black Zirconium rings that have been engraved are not eligible for returns or refunds. For all eligible rings (other than gold) there is a $12.98 restocking fee. Gold rings will incur a restocking fee of $40.00.


Do your rings come with a warranty?

Yes. All of rings come with a Manufacturer's Warranty and Lifetime Sizing Warranty. Please note: Black Zirconium rings that have been engraved are not eligible for returns, size exchanges, or refunds.

What is included in your Manufacturer's Warranty?

Our rings are guaranteed to be free of defects and are made with the highest quality standards. Any ring that fails to meet our quality standards will be replaced under our warranty. Should your ring crack or break, it will be replaced under our Manufacturer's Warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and scratches. What is included in the Lifetime Sizing Warranty?

Because contemporary metals and rings with certain types of inlay cannot easily be resized, you will need a new ring should your finger change in size. Under our Lifetime Sizing Warranty, we will replace any eligible ring for one of a different size for a small fee, as long as you own the ring. Please see the "Warranty" tab on the individual page of the ring in which you're interested or contact us at [email protected] if you need additional information or have questions.

Please note the following restrictions for both warranties:

  • Rings may only be exchanged for the same style and width as originally purchased
  • If your ring style is no longer being produced, a similar style may be substituted
  • Any third party alterations will void the warranty of the ring
  • Black Zirconium rings that have been engraved are not eligible for returns, size exchanges, or refunds
  • Any engraving or custom work on the ring will need to be redone at the customer's expense
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear, including abrasions and/or scratches
  • Camo Rings America is not responsible for sentimental value of the original ring
  • Shipping fees for ring exchanges are the customer's responsibility
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable
