We ask that you allow 1-3 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) to process your order. Once the order is processed, it generally takes around 2-3 business days to complete the ring and get it in the mail to you. We're happy to offer a free shipping option but we also have faster shipping options available. I see that the Outdoorsman ring is made of Tungsten. How scratch resistant is Tungsten?
The Outdoorman camo ring is made of Tungsten Carbide, which is one of the most scratch-resistant ring materials available. The Mohs Scale of Hardness is used to determine the hardness of materials. This scale uses a number rating system from 1-10 for hardness, in which the higher the number of the scale, the harder the material. For comparison, silver and gold rank around a 3 on the Mohs Scale, whereas a hardness of 8.5-9 is shown by Tungsten Carbide.
How do I use the military discount?
When ordering, simply choose the appropriate response in the "Military Discount" section. Choosing that option will automatically take $10 off the listed price. It's that easy!
The Outdoorsman ring comes in a width of 8mm. I'm not very familiar with millimeters, so how wide is that?
Great question! As Americans, we're not usually as familiar with the metric system. The best way to show a visual representation of an 8mm width is to use the American nickle. The width of a nickle is 2mm, so if you stack 4 nickles on top of each other, that will give you a width of 8mm. While holding the four nickles stacked together, place them near where the ring is worn, and this will give you an idea of a ring width of 8mm. If you need further details or don't completely understand the concept, please feel free to ask additional questions, or just give us a call. We're here for you and always happy to help!
